AI Recruitment & Resume Screening Platform
Elegant Knitting International needed a centralized recruitment platform to manage job openings and candidate applications while reducing the manual effort involved in reviewing resumes. We developed a recruitment management system that connects the public career website with an administration panel. Candidates can browse available positions, view job details, and submit their applications online with their resumes and required information. The key part of the platform is its AI-powered resume screening workflow. HR teams can upload job descriptions and define AI evaluation prompts. The system analyzes submitted resumes against the configured requirements and assigns each candidate a score out of 10, allowing HR to quickly identify and prioritize the most relevant candidates.

Intelligent Transportation Scheduling Algorithm
We designed and developed an intelligent transportation scheduling solution to automate the assignment of daily trips across a fleet of drivers. The system considers driver starting locations, existing assignments, trip timing, workload, minimum earning requirements, distance, and traffic conditions when determining suitable assignments. The solution integrates Google Places and distance APIs to support location-based scheduling and uses backend automation to distribute available trips while avoiding conflicts with already scheduled rides.

AI-Powered Desktop Automation
Many business processes require employees to perform repetitive tasks on computers, work with files, follow predefined instructions, and use AI tools. Managing these tasks manually can take time and requires employees to be trained to follow the same process consistently. We developed Codex, an AI-powered desktop automation platform that allows businesses to create reusable AI workflows and execute them directly on local computers. The platform connects a web-based administration system with a Python-based local AI agent. Administrators create tasks and AI prompts with variables. Users provide the required information, and the system sends the task to the local computer through a Cloudflare Tunnel. The local Python agent receives the task and sends it to the Codex, which handles the AI-powered task execution on the local machine. The system can pause tasks when human approval is required and continuously update the central platform with the current status of each job.

The website allows travelers to explore the property, browse available stay packages, check availability, and submit reservation requests directly through the website. The goal was to create a simple booking experience while showcasing the unique Arctic travel experience offered by Hej Hus. The website helps travelers plan their stay, request reservations, and contact the property owner without relying entirely on third-party booking platforms.
