Marriage Biodata Maker is an online platform that enables users to create professional marriage biodatas using customizable templates. The client wanted to build a web-based solution where users could select a biodata template, enter their personal information, preview the final document in real time, and generate a professionally formatted PDF.
We developed a dynamic document generation platform powered by a reusable template engine that automatically adapts layouts based on user-provided information while preserving the original design and formatting. The platform includes multilingual support, real-time preview, automated PDF generation, Razorpay payment integration, and instant PDF downloads, delivering a seamless document creation experience.

The platform enables users to create their marriage biodata
through a simple and intuitive document creation process. Rather than entering
information and waiting to view the final output, users can see their selected
template update instantly as they provide their personal details.
The dynamic document generation engine maps personal information, family details,
education, profession, and other profile sections into predefined template fields
while preserving the original layout and design. This allows users to preview the
final document before generating the PDF.
Flexible Document Template Selection
After entering their biodata information and uploading a
profile photograph, users can browse multiple document templates without entering
the same information again. Every template automatically applies the existing data
while reorganizing the content according to its own layout and design.
This allows users to compare different document styles, preview each design, and
select their preferred template before generating the final PDF.
Automated PDF Generation & Instant Download
Once the payment is completed successfully, users are
redirected to a confirmation page where their professionally formatted PDF document
is immediately available for download.
The platform also generates a QR code, allowing users to access and download their
document directly from their mobile device. The confirmation page includes a
feedback option, helping the client collect valuable user insights while providing a
seamless document generation workflow.
Multi-Language Document Generation
The platform supports multiple languages, allowing users to
create their marriage biodata in the language of their choice. Regardless of the
selected language, every template automatically adjusts the content while preserving
its original layout, typography, and visual appearance.

Template Management & Pricing Administration
Administrators can manage document templates through a
centralized dashboard by configuring pricing, changing display order, enabling or
disabling templates, and managing template availability.

Our Solution
We developed a reusable document rendering engine that connects a single dataset with multiple template designs. Instead of building separate rendering logic for every template, the platform dynamically maps user information into each document layout while preserving the original formatting.
