Project Overview
Elegant Knitting International needed a centralized recruitment platform to manage job openings and candidate applications while reducing the manual effort involved in reviewing resumes.
We developed a recruitment management system that connects the public career website with an administration panel. Candidates can browse available positions, view job details, and submit their applications online with their resumes and required information.
The key part of the platform is its AI-powered resume screening workflow. HR teams can upload job descriptions and define AI evaluation prompts. The system analyzes submitted resumes against the configured requirements and assigns each candidate a score out of 10, allowing HR to quickly identify and prioritize the most relevant candidates.

The public career portal allows candidates to browse available vacancies with information such as department, required skills, and job descriptions. Jobs are organized in a simple interface so candidates can quickly find suitable opportunities.
Detailed Job Description
Each vacancy has its own dedicated page where candidates can review the position, department, required skills, responsibilities, and requirements before applying.
Online Job Application
Candidates can apply directly through the website by providing their personal details, contact information, salary range, NIC number, date of birth, address, message, and CV/document.
Resume Upload & Candidate Management
Submitted resumes are stored in the recruitment system, allowing HR to manage candidate information centrally instead of handling applications through separate emails or manual records.
AI-Based Resume Screening
HR can configure an AI evaluation prompt based on the requirements of a particular recruitment process. The system uses the configured instructions together with the job requirements to analyze candidate resumes.
Candidate Scoring
The AI evaluates each candidate and generates a score out of 10, helping HR quickly understand how closely a candidate matches the required profile.
Automated Candidate Ranking
Candidates can be organized according to their AI-generated scores, making higher-ranked candidates easier for HR teams to identify and review first.
AI Candidate Summary
The system can generate AI-based candidate summaries using the configured recruitment instructions, giving HR a quicker overview of the applicant before detailed review.
Re-Analyse Resume
HR can re-analyze stored resumes by selecting a date range and position, allowing previously submitted candidates to be evaluated again against recruitment requirements when needed.
Custom AI Resume Settings
The administration panel provides separate AI settings for areas such as candidate scoring and candidate summaries. HR can configure the prompts and activate or deactivate individual AI functions.
