BMI Boutique is a web-based custom staffing, training, and consultation platform. It allows beauty and cosmetics stores like L’Oréal Paris, Dolce & Gabbana, and many other global brands to book consultation sessions on sales, training, customer experience, and product awareness with BMI Boutique’s expert team.
The concept begins with BMI Boutique’s hiring portal, where they recruit full-time beauty advisors, makeup artists, sales representatives, and consultants. Once hired, each consultant receives login access and selects their cities and stores based on physical location.
On the other side, store users have their own login with a booking calendar to schedule consultation sessions with BMI Boutique. Each session is assigned to a specific consultant by BMI Boutique’s management team.
